I already checked all the fuses

Some German cars have anti-theft device inside to make it useless to steal...check at the dealership to see if jumping the battery will activate this(the car thinks its being stolen) .
SOURCE: 2006 Ford f150 w/ 4.6 engine.
You may have some warranty left. Some DOHC engines have a special problem with Cam Phasers. The throttle position sensor could have been harmed by the jump. Have a dealer run the Vin#.
The electronics could need reeducating. Its possible that the brains could have new variables caused by the jump. It would not necessarily "burn out" the brain but flipped some settings with the extra power.

There is usually more than one fuse for the radio.
in the instrument panel fuse block there will be an AUDIO fuse and an AV fuse. If the radio has an amp there will be an AMP fuse in the under hood fuse block.
