G16B engine, with mAF and is air density EFI.
sure they are all easy. if you know a few tricks
if spark is good x4 (after all it takes 4 to run), then try test fuel
my guess, is you never do 60k mile tune ups, this decade.?
the cam belt slipped and compression is not 170 but 80 PSI x4
and test fuel test ,fails.
right?

What is code 451 on a 98 suzuki esteem?

1.6L or 1.8L
400s are evap or EGR.

EVAP Pressure Sensor Range/Performance

reset it, tighten the gas cap, and see if 451 come back.
or a new cap if it leaks.
if not that, then the EVAP venting system needs pressure checking next. (takes tools to fix cars so....) get it serviced.

You can try some starting fluid sprayed inside the air cleaner box.
An engine needs 4 basic elements air, gas, spark and compression.
It is a good idea to test for all 4.

Hello, I am having Maruthi Omni LPG, for the past 3 months I am facing vehicle jerking problem due to misfire. I changed the Ignition coil ,but now also the problem arises

Th engine must be prroperly tuned for the LPG if this was fitted externally . If this was factory fitted please get a proper fuel setting done on the gas , check the spark plugs , the intensity , and also the timing.

No start

the fuel pump is in the tank, and the spark plug wire's could be hidden under a plastic cover on that motor

We just rebuilt a 1.6 Suzuki Esteem Motor and we put every thing back in line, but it is not firing when supposed to. How do I figure it out?

Check to make certain you have connected the spark plug wires correctly to the distributor cap! They are NUMBERED. If you have them connected incorrectly, you will receive a misfire.

Maruti Esteem 1998 Model

I would first check the spark plug leads. If your car is a G series engine, then the long, plastic ends that go on the plugs down inside the head break down over time and with heat, and little burnt spots on them will signify the leads are shorting to earth. This may not be a problem at low speed/low load, but when the engine is under load, the spark wants to go anywhere other than to the spark plug. This problem may not be there when engine is cold, but if left, it will be there all the time (if it is the leads). Good luck.
