There are 3 Fuse panels in a 1.5 Almera : 2 are located in the engine bay beside LH+RH Main Lights, and both are Engine related,
The other is located below LH dashboard, once pulled a Grey Pocket.t(1.6 does no longer exist since 2000, by least in Europe)

2001 Nissan Almera E 1495cc - Can you please tell me where I can locate the fuse for the cigarette lighter ?

Under your dash board usually on the driver side of the vehicle you should see an access panel or a fuse block either on the kick panel, lower outside of the dash, or on the firewall itself. There you will find the fuse you are asking about. If for any reason you cant seem to find the right fuse, refer to your owners manual.

I have a 2003 nissan almera and the horn has stopped working. How do I fix it?

There are three reasons for the horn going out. It could be a blown fuse "check the owners manual for fuse location", check the wiring at the connection on the horn "corrosion often occurs", or the the horn itself is bad. Hope that helps!
