You have so many separate issues. First, backfiring can be from a bad valve, low fuel pressure or crossed wires or.... The next thing is you could have a bad pcm, ecm, or body module. You should pay $80 to a shop that has diagnostic tools to trace the issue. That is going to drive you crazy without the proper diagnostic tools!
And do you have spark at the plug wires when it won't start? You need to check to see if you have spark
at the plug wires. You can buy a simple tester for under $10.00 at the
parts store and it will show you if you are getting spark.
I think you should check your battery and alternator.If they both check good you may have a battery draw,something draining the battery over night.Check your doors make sure they are closing like they should.
