What exactly do you mean by 'Will not start'? Does it do nothing at all? Does it crank very slowly? Does it 'Clunk' then do nothing? Comment below with more information and I'll see if I can help more.
Get the starter motor and its wiring connectors Re-checked you do sometimes get 'Dud' car parts even when new. I had a brand new wheel bearing that lasted 140 miles then collapsed.
Bump starting doesn't use the starter motor at all to turn the engine. Bumping is where you start the vehicle using a 'back to front' method. Bumping in gear turns the wheels, which turns the transmission, which turns the flywheel, turning the crank to start the engine missing the starter motor out altogether.

Can you turn the key? Some makes and models, if the steering wheel is causing tension on the key cylinder causing it not to turn, Sometimes you can pull ******* the steering wheel, one way or the other, to release tension on key cylinder in order to turn the key. Once you turn the key, steering wheel releases, hopefully.
If you can turn the key, turn to acc, set parking brake, step on the brake, hopefully then you can shift into neutral. That should bypass shift interlock. This info may be in your owners manual?

It sounds like the neutral safety switch is going bad!

did you wiggle the steering wheel, at same time and gear shift in park.

This is very common bad starter, replace the starter and the problem will be solved, some of these isuzu starter are a pain to replace, good day

Sounds likely. By not start you mean not crank right? when no go hold key in start posision & bump gear shift up to top (park) if start = inhibitor (Some are adjustable)

Try to pull the steering wheel HARD to the left and see if that releases it.

it sounds like a neutral safety switch try wiggling on the steering wheel or the gear shifter while trying to start it

step on and, hold the the brake down as you try to start the car
