Rear are a HUB ASSEMBLY and replaces as a Unit. Same for the Front. Remove the Axle Nut, Remove the Brakes, Remove the 3 or 4 Bolts and the hub will come off.
Your oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. The one behind (rear of )the converter on the exhaust system. The code reads......P0136 (o2 sensor malfunction bank1 sensor 2)
Right under the master brake cylinder, its really hard to replace it. It has 2 screws, one bolt on top and the bottom one needs to be screwed off under the car
