Put key in icnition turn on but don"t start engine, press door lock and hold for a few seconds, then turn off,key fob should now work,if not try again, also make sure you have the correct battery in key fob.

SOURCE: "when do i change the cam belt on a peugeot 307 sw diesel"

usually you should do it for peugeot diesel at 122000 miles along with water pump and the tensioner roller that runs under the cambelt too. But to be on the safe side do it at 100000 and save the fortune.
It took me (DIY job) about 6-8 hours as i wanted to save 450 pounds.

SOURCE: My Peugeot 307 will not lock remotely, it tries to

its called lock bounce and you can find out which door is causing the problem by opening each door one at a time and lock it with the door open, when youve done that shut them all and try again as they lock in sequince.

SOURCE: injectors

Injectors from the same ccm engine are most probably sounds same but to be on the safe side check not only the shape but code on the top of injector too. Because they are piezo effect injectors and set by the manufacture for a specific pressure for specific engine codes.

SOURCE: 307 central locking fault

If you have replaced the battery and the ecu wasn't in sleep mode, then you'll lose the synchronisation between immobiliser and fob. go to peugeot dealer or call out a car locksmith who then can reprogram your fob with car ecu. I have read the method in internet but not sure what the steps were. you can google it may be you'll find it.

How do i reprogram my key on peugeot 307 hdi 2001

Many cars have a different process to enabling passive systems, some require turn the key on and off 3 times then hold it in the on position while holding down the remote, or you may hear a chirp to start the calibration process, the safest way of course to marry the unit to the vehicle is to scoot down to the Peugeot dealer and get them to do the program, it may cost, but they also have to make sure everything works correctly too, so they will stand by the service they provide you. hope this helps, happy holidays.

Fob wont work the locks

I have done this procedure for my peugeot 307, but you can give it a try for your Pug expert and let me know if it works.
Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes then after connecting the battery perform the following steps
1. Turn the Ignition switch to the ON position using your key.
2. Press the LOCK button for 10 seconds. It will set your ECU in programming mode.
3. Remove the key and wait for 10 seconds.
4. Press the buttons on the key repetedly for operation (lock und unlock doors) to synchronise the key signals.
5. Again turn the ignition on and start the engine.
6. Turn the ignition OFF

If fails in step 4, then disconnect the battery and reconnect it and wait about 10 minutes to check the remote. Some new ecu units synchronises itselfs if you disconnect the battery while in programiing mode.

Peugeot 307 hdi 2002 5 door will not start

Check the fob battery because if the battery has gone then you can't immobilise the car immobiliser which in turn doesn't let you start the engine however it cranking. open the bonnet and remove the clips of car battery for a good 15-20 minutes and put them back and check your remote key and try to start your car. If nothing happens then let your car diagnosed by a experienced mechanic who is able to read out the ecu codes.
