I took my car for car wash and also told them to wash the underneath, and was called to see the extensive rusting under the car, flakes of the rusted metal were falling off as the high pressure water pump is applied, iwas advised to get anti rust and spray. Please what should I do?
I suggest utilizing Rust Bullet, it is a very good rust inhibitor. I have utilized it on my car chassis and never had rust issues again.

Good luck!
Rust Inhibitor Paint to stop rust and rust repair Stop Rust Permanatley...
There is a paint on rust converter . You paint it on the rust and it turns it back into metal . After that i would spray the rubberized under coating to protect it.
SOURCE: i'm changing my brake pads and discs, but my discs are rusted on
You use a 2x4 with small sledge,or a plastic heavyweight hammer
like mechanics use and do what Emission said. If you soak it make sure its free of this oil when it goes back on,and that no oil will drip from assembly when it goes back on. Beating the disk has always come off with the right hammer without oil.
SOURCE: RADIATOR IS RUSTED!
a radiator flush chemical may be a bad idea if the radiator is rusted up inside.drain out as much as you can, fill with distilled water only, then idle the car till it is at full operating temp. then drain the water and do the same thing one more time. after that, fill with your 50-50 mix of antifreeze/water and that will be about as clean as you can safely get it.
