Question about 1994 Dodge Caravan
Sounds like a fuel issue. Hook a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail and start the van. You should have at least 40lbs of pressure. Unfortunately for you, Dodge put everything in the fuel tank as a unit, so if it is just a plugged fuel filter you are still looking at a high repair bill.

700 is transmission control system malfunction. For now I'd concentrate on 108 which is M.A.P. sensor . Likely needs to be replaced but try cleaning connection at it first. Possibility that the transmission code, is an old one, or it's been tripped somehow by other problem, so unless it's experiencing shifting problems, I wouldn't get too worried about it right now. Once you've cleaned, or replaced MAP sensor, disconnect battery for a minute or so, re-attach, & try it and see how it works. Keep me posted.
