Once you get the words in the right order to form the search query, you need to add the word of the part you want the torque setting for. The problem is the all the weighting is given to the torque that the engine produces and is normally right next to the horsepower
i dont think a fuel injector leak could cause damage to a turbo. The turbo pushes more air into the engine so it can burn more fuel with the added air. a fuel leak either inside or outside the motor shouldn't have any affect at all on the turbo. if the fuel isn't getting into the cylinder to burn then it wont create the gases from that cylinder to spin the turbo up to proper speed, but the engine would run really rough if it wasn't getting fuel in one cylinder, same as taking off a spark plug wire on a gas engine.

if diesel and turbo , check turbo operation of for holes in the intercooler
if turbo or naturally aspirated check/ replace injector tips as black smoke indicators squirting and not atomizing
if petrol check for excessive fuel pressure, faulty injectors , leaking injector seal
regardless of petrol or diesel --black smoke indicates incorrect air / fuel ratio ( too much fuel) so injectors, intercooler, bad turbo or blocked air cleaner are all candidates for the fault

check primary fuel filter for diesel. If none take hose and blow back to tank. You should hear air bubbling. then try letting pump pick up fuel. You could have a clogged screen in the tank.
