you have a number 5 cylinder misfire code. three possible causes-spark plug is bad, coil pack failed, or fuel injector is plugged up or has an open wire. good luck in pinpointing the culprit!
yes it can be the ignition, starter, wiring, short, ecu box is fried, etc etc etc. never take em to the dealer they mess things up just to get more money.

Green?
brown/rusty?

Most likely is coolant leak but on high mileage engine it can be oil vapor + morning cold air condensation.
How many miles is on this engine?
How much water leakage is seating on for of the engine?
Is it in on particular spot?

I will glad to help if you post a CHAT SESSION.
This code is saying the fuel preasure is too high, this may be caused by a stuck fuel preasure control valve or a bad fuel rail preasure sensor, you would need to first check the valve to make sure its not stuck then test the preasure sensor, to test sensor a scan tool would be very helpful. hope this helps.
Good day
