Is there a problem with the low RPM idle. What is the number? How does this compare to what Lexus considers normal? Without that number I can't advise you.

Sometimes we can have vacuum leaks that can cause cars to run with the idling low but other things can cause this problem to, need you a service manual and if you have knowledge about working on vehicles, you might be able to find a solution for this.
ok it could be alot of different things idle air is dirty or the throtle body needs cleaned. Is the gas pedal cable driving or electric (but i don't thing it is the pedal)
your idling must very low thats why your car shakes..check the rpm gauge and refer to your vehicles manual on proper rpm when idle..bring to the mechanic to adjust the idling rpm
