SOURCE: Drivers heated seat won' work

Probably a fuse!
Under the dash on the drivers side or under the hood.
New cars have them labeled right at the fuses not in the manual!
Hope this is helpful.

Good Luck!

SOURCE: Heated Seats

I had the same problem on my 04 LeSabre. To check to see whether it was the element or the switch, I unplugged both seats and ran jumper wires to make left switch control the right element. The switch and element worked properly. Then I ran jumper wires to make right switch control the left element. The problem was the same, so it was the element was bad.

I had my element replaced at the dealership, since I didn't want to wreck my leather seats. It cost over $400 (about $150 for the element). I guess it just tucks next to the old element - the old element stays in place.

SOURCE: On my buick lesabre limited 2001, the passenger

NOT WORKING MEANS. NO AIR FLOW? OR TEMPERATURE? SOUNDS LIKE A BLEND DOOR ISSUE. IF YOU MOVE THE MODE CONTROL ON THE DASH TO A DIFFERENT POSITION DOES ANYTHING CHANGE. IF YOU HEAR A CLICKING OR POPPING NOISE THE PLASTIC ARM ON THE BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR IS BROKEN.

Repair the failed ground wire; located inside the cabin at the driver side rocker panel, under the carpet, near the forward edge of the driver's seat.

Battery location 2000 buick lesabre

I have a 2001 Buick LeSabre Limited. Pull up on the rear seat cushion along the front edge. The battery is located under the rear seat. Be sure to connect the vent lines to the new battery. This keeps fumes out of the car, and keeps it from corroding the interior surfaces.

Is there a way to jump start a 2000 Buick LeSabre without taking out the back seat?

Look in the engine compartment and you might see a RED cap, it will be close to the edge of the engine bay, most likely on the driver's side. This is your POSITIVE connection. The NEGATIVE connection (BLACK) is any big bolt head or chasis connection you can find. Sometimes you will find the BLACK & RED connections together under a cap. Make sure you connect the cables to the asme terminals, POS to POS and NEG to NEG. Careful not to touch any metal or the cable ends together.

2001 Buick lesabre gas guage not working, heated seats not workin

I have a 2001 and just replaced the fuel pump assembly in the tank because the fuel gauge didn't work or worked irratic. After talking to the partsman it sounded like this was common. The contact for the sensor wears away and looses contact. You will see that the new fuel pump module has different type of metal wiper contact. As for the heated seats, I have an issue with driver side also and haven't had a chance to look into it yet.

Buick Lesabre Heated Seats not working

The problem is most likely caused by shorted heating grids in the seat cushion itself, kind of like the heating element in an electric blanket, very expensive to replace.
