Your car could still be under warranty depending on the miles the car have call your Acura dealer for info. I had my transmission replaced in Feb 09 and it was done for FREE!!

What's the best replacement tranny for the 2002 Acura Tl-s? I was told that honda pilot has one that makes the best replacement, but I don't know from what year or even it's true.

that code is for the EVAP system, try replacing your fuel cap first, other causes are broken vacuum lines.

B is oil and filter change with brake inspection and clean, lube , adjust
1 would be tire rotation
2 is replace engine and cabin air filters

99 Acura TL dies when I try to start

I have helped many Honda/Acura owners on this issue. Many mechanics will replace many parts prior to solving this problem, which then creates unnecessary repairs and spending. So here is my diagnosis: Notice if your speedometer drops to zero when your engine dies while driving. If this happens its your ignition switch failing. Ignition switches in Honda/Acura vehicles years 97-02 encounter faulty or shorted internal contacts. This causes premateur electrical failure to vital engine electrical parts, causing vehicle to stall intermittedly. A recall has been in place since 2002, approximately 1.3mil vehicles are affected, call your local honda/acura dealer for info and possible free repair or replace the ignition switch yourself. Hopefully my info helps you!!
