This is called the yellow light of death. Cause is sever heat damage to the internal components. Either send it in for repair or replace. Sorry about this but the truth is brutal.

Sorry man but there is only one solution and you might not like it. Unfortunately you have gotten the YELLOW LIGHT of DEATH. You are going to have to get your console repiared, or send it in to Sony. It sounds as though you have an older model so they might send you a new one if you still have warrenty on it.
