1. From what you have said it appears there is sufficient power being drained from the new battery when the vehicle is turned off to completely flatten the battery. With the number of power driven items in these vehicles I cannot sit here and guess what it might be. (For example, the electric motors in the seats in some vehicles malfunction and start draining power sufficient to flatten a battery. Power window switches sometimes malfunction and do not cut power to the electric motor in the door, etc etc.). I assume you have checked the obvious, ie. there are no lights remaining on in the vehicle and that the entertainment system is fully powering off normally etc.

2. The alternator in the vehicle could be faulty and may be generating insufficient charge when you are driving. When this occurs any power shortfall is drawn from the battery and it will eventually go flat.
I suggest you take the vehicle to a competent auto electrical specialist and have it checked out. You will only find the fault by having the vehicle inspected and tested.
If the alternator checks out OK he should then be able to trace the source of any power drain for you if that is the cause of the battery discharge.
Finally, phone up the service department of you local ford dealer and ask if there have been other 08 Expeditions they have had in the workshop with this problem. If so they should be able to tell you what they found to be the cause or causes in those instances. It is useful to know but it does not mean the cause will be the same in your case.

first thing, whan you turn the keys to step 2 in ignition, the warning lights are supposed to come on, so you can see that the lights are actually working. they then go out when the engine is running.
as long as they go out when the engine is running, then they are not a problem.
if the battery has only been going flat since the service in Fords, then take it back, and complain.
ask them exactly what was done, and keep complaining until they do something.
if they have caused a drain on the battery, then it is up to them to fix it.
