First are you parking on a hill, or slight incline. If you are put your parking brake on before putting the car in park, because that will cause pressure on the park pawl and make it hard to get out of park. You can also check the button on the gear shift lever to see if it's out of adjustment and not releasing the pin far enough to move the lever. Good luck
Check corect amount of hydraulic fluid. And if the plastic bushes on the lever arnt worn down

there is a c-clip you need a small screwdriver to pull it out then gearshift knob will pull off
SOURCE: Gear shifter will not go into park
There is a plastic actuator stick under the shift knob. Remove the "horse shoe" clip from the shift knob and remove knob by pulling strait up. You can twist it right and left a very small amount to loosen the knob, but not much.
Once you have the shift knob removed you will see the plastic actuator stick. Push down on the stick and put shift lever in park. If that works, the shift knob or stick is worn out.
Let me know.

Your voltage regulator supplies the path for the control lead of the alternator and varies the amount of current available to provide the magnetic field of the armature with the required strength.
Measuring from this lead to ground won't show much voltage.
Apparently the regulator is not integrated into the alternator and is probably failed.
If you can chase the control lead backward, you will find the regulator and these are mostly mounted on the fender well or firewall.
