It sounds like the spring touching the body of the car it may have just shifted. Or bent. Go for wheel alignment and they will check it

SOURCE: replace rear seat belt in 1993 Toyota Corolla

OK. On the front edge of the seat bottom cushion, pull up hard, both sides. This will dislodge the 2 clamps that holds the seat cushion to the floor. Pull the seat cushion out & set it aside. You will now see the female latches bolted to the area where the rear of the seat cushion meets the rear seat back bottom. Remove the bolts (14 mm I think).

SOURCE: noise from the rear of my 97 crv when turning left and right

Does the noise have any sort of metallic sound to it? I had a '97 CR-V and when I turned hard right or left it would slighty bind the exhaust sytem. Just enough over time to cause the spot welds on the heat shield over the resonator (the "muffler" behind the catalyst) to fail. When I'd turn sharp, the heat shield would lift slightly due to the failed welds and vibrate against the resonator. Took a bit of head scratching to find this one.

Take care.

SOURCE: 1998 Toyota Corolla Electric Door Lock Problem

You'll need to replace the solenoid (motor) that doesn't work. Not hard once you get the door panel off. I suggest you buy the correct part, not a universal one.

SOURCE: 2003 Toyota Corolla Wheel Alignment

The specs are what the manufacturer recommends for the vehicle when it leaves the factory. However that means with the original tires and condition. The caster is not adjustable on a Corolla, so if the vehicle pulls even with the tires switched, there is a possibility there is damage to the strut or steering parts. However, before changing anything, check all tire pressures and make sure the brakes are in good condition. A brake that is not releasing properly will cause a pull to that side. Individual toe is rather meaningless - the total toe is what is measured. You have no king pins on a Toyota so you will not have KPI.

I just changed the engine in my Corolla and it's idling rough and sounds bad.

sounds like you have not connected the wiring correctly, don't think there are any free manuals, you could ask in the toyota owners club.

Click click sound coming from left rear wheel when making a right turn

this is an indication of badly worn CV joints. Replace both because the other side will not be far behind it.

For my toyota corolla 1nz 121 (right hand drive) thereis no power supply to the radio, side rear vision mirrors nd the light in the clock? and also can not locate the fuse box inside the car?

On my right hand drive 2007 Toyota Corolla 1.6 wagon (NZ) the interior fuse box for the radio/cig lighter/mirrors etc was in behind the glovebox. I had to pull open the glovebox (squeeze in the sides to get it past the stops) and carefully unclip it from its bottom plastic hinges (take care to unclip the opening damper on the left hand side as well). Looking up I found the cover to the fuse box. I removed the cover and using the little white plastic tool from the fuse box under bonnet (and the spare 15A fuse from the same place) I replaced the blown 15A CIG fuse and it all came back to life!

No braking with the handbrake

I would say the right hand cable has popped out of the handbrake lever attached to the brake shoe. The drivers side seems to be working by the sound of things.
Remove the right wheel and then the brake drum and have a look to see if the cable is attached to anything. If Iam dealing with rear brakes that I have not done before I jack up both rear wheels and sit on axle stands .Remove both wheels and drums and then replace them one at a time.If i forget how it goes back together I go and have a look at the other side.Easy as pie.Hope This Helps

93Toyota Corolla DX > Rear Defogger Inop

If you have a 12 volt test lamp, try this: Turn on the rear defroster. Attach the clamp to a good ground point; the door latch hoop is good)...Now, touch the test lamp to the extreme left and extreme right sides of the grids, on the inside of the glass. If the light does not light in either place, you probably either have a bad defroster relay, or the wires coming to the rear grids is off. Please feel free to get back to me with the results of your test.

Clicking sounds

Clicking noises on turns may indicate that you have a broken constant velocity joint boot on the front axle. Check that and see if it is torn. It''s the black bellows-looking thing right behind the inner spindle. If it is torn, all of the grease has leaked out, and the clicking is the joint rattling.
