Unfortunately the immobilizer was created as an anti theft device, if it was easy to bypass it would not be a very good one, now would it. Best advice would be find a mechanic with good experience with your particular vehicle or the dealer.
This may seem like a cop-out, but it isn't. I would suggest having the immobilizer module replaced by a technician. The reason is this: since your vehicle was meant to employ an immobilizer, your SUV's performance will likely be adversely affected by bypassing the immobilizer.
