You will have to get under the vehicle and find the oil pan directly under the engine. On the oil pan you will locate the bolt to drain the oil pan. They usually are at the lowest point on the oil pan so that all the oil is drained from the pan when removed.

SOURCE: fuel filter 2003 Montero Sport

drivers side, underneath the car. look at the line coming from the gas tank, and where the line gets bigger and has a metal cylinder in it, that is your fuel filter. a couple of clamps and you can change that thing out in a matter of minutes, and depending on your medel you may have to remove a metal plate to get to it.

SOURCE: location of Mercedes 2003 C320 oil drain plug

This answer is completely wrong. The oil plug is under the car underneath the second plastic aero panel from the front of the car. Second, the 3.2 litre engine takes 8.5 quarts of oil and not 5 as this will be seriously under filled. Your compter display in your dash will tell you this when it beeps, turns red and reads, add more oil. It also alerts you when the oil has been overfilled because there is NO dipstick on this car. The only dipstick here is the one giving the wrong advise.

There is water draining from a hose connected to my firewall in my mitsubishi montero sport 2003. the hose is on the passenger side and drains down by the front wheel

Does it do this all the time or only while running the air conditioner? There are two possibilities. One, when the a/c is running, water condenses on the evaporator and it has to drain out of the box via that hose, this is normal. Two, your heater core is leaking and this is where the water is coming from.
