Speakers may be disconnected behind the radio pull it out and look at the back of the radio also check for broken wires on the connector on the outside of the radio and the inside from the electrical outlet on the radio it's also possible that you blew the fuse for the power amp part of the radio you must look at your owners manual for the fuse diagram and power distribution box if you don't have it go to search 2000 ford mustang owners manual to download it free from ford and you'll have what you need also check in the trunk for a broken/disconnected power amp plug if you had a lot of stuff shoved in there that might have become disconnected or broken did it always work and then happen or has it been out since you bought the car?

I'm looking for the fuse box inside a 15 jeep compass. My radio is getting power but not playing music.

If your radio is getting power then your fuse is not burnt out. Your radio probably is the problem for not having any sound. the sound is a function of the internals of the radio. your best bet is to either go to the wrecking yard and purchase another radio that fits your Jeep compass. Install it and see the result. My gut feeling is that your current radio just went south and its time to replace it.

Has aftermarket amp and special unit that allows an ipod to show what song is playing on the regular factory radio. The problem is the radio lights up normally but no sound from speakers. Zi did hear a...

Something has been mis-wired. Ensure the speakers are in the speaker slots and the power (Neg and Pos labeled as well) are properly connected. It is fairly common to get the speaker pos and neg mixed up with the power pos and neg. Hopefully, no permanent damage was done. The problem is between your factory radio and the aftermarket power amp.

What is wrong with the radio of a 2002 gmc envoy when the lights on the screen flashes and I can not change the radio stations or from radio to cd player and the sound button will not turn up or down

Sounds like you have a screwed up microprocessor. You could try to reset the unit by finding the main power and disconnecting it for 20 seconds. If you cannot find the power cable, you could try to disconnect the vehicle's battery for few minutes, then power up and see if that helps.

Where is the radio fuse located in a 2002 toyota echo? because my radio will power on, but no sound comes out.

If the radio powers on, the fuse is OK. You probably have a bad output section in the radio.

Radio work with all the light but no sound, this is on 2003 Honda Accord.

because the light on the radio come on with dash lights doesn't mean the radio is working, check fuse for radio,if its good, check for power at radio connection,if you have power there see if you can see a change in stations when you turn knob,if you do make sure all connectors are plugged in radio, now go to an easy access speaker and plug in a known good speaker
