SOURCE: brake light and flasher

check and test the socket ( pig tail ) that the lite plus int for power when the flasher is on. If there is power to it try a different bulb, if there is no power then you will need to trace the wiring circuit back towards the fuse box testing for power at all junctions. Good luck, and remember to rate all solutions you get. Thanx

SOURCE: Beeping Noise/Blinker Noise

I thought the same thing. In the past with this car that was the case, it needed a lightbulb replaced somewhere on the car. So after replacing 4 lightbulbs on the car, it still makes the noises...question for someone: I did notice that when i open the doors on the car, the dome light does come on but there are no lights down by the floor in the front of the car...if these bulbs are burnt out too then I will need to replace these and maybe the ticking noises will stop? Are there lights for the floor area on the 2003 Alero model?

Also check your signal bulbs. When a bulb burns out, your signal light in the dash panel will stay on. Otherwise, the signal fuse has to be replaced. ( round silver one )

Check the speakers if they work. Connect the speaker terminals using a short wire to a 1.5 volt battery (AA or any dry cell batter) and listen if there's a thumping sound when the wires are connected to the battery terminals. If there's no sound, your speakers are busted. If there's a sound, check if the wires are okay. Use the same method with the battery with the wires from the back of your stereo. Make a small cut on the wire and attach the short wires you used earlier.

There are a couple of things it could be. Few questions first, do you have the keyless entry feature? Is there an aftermarket stereo installed? Are you in a part of the country where you get a lot of rain (due to water coming into the car and getting the switches wet).

2007 Chevrolet Impala LT front speakers not working

Hello! Whether your vehicle is premium or standard the wiring is almost the same...Both have a Left front Speaker and a Left Front Tweeter...You did not specify which speaker (Left Front ) wasn't working; However it really doesn't matter...Either the speaker is blown or the wiring has a poor connection or is broken (open)...Here are the wire colors...LF Door=Tan (+) and Gray (-)...
LF Tweeter=Tan (+) and Yellow (-)...The Yellow and Gray are tied together...Pop the speakers out using a thin blade screwdriver with the end taped...Visually inspect...If you have an ohm meter read across each speaker if good=2-8 ohms...If bad =open or 0 ohms...Guru...Saailer

The problem is the wiring to the drivers side door speaker. My G5 has the same problem. If you isolate sound to that speaker you will notice the entire speaker doesn't work. Sorry but I haven't figured out how to fix it yet though.
