Not an expert on Peugeot but the fuses should be labelled on the inside of the fuse box cover. Failing that just remove each fuse one by one to see which is blown.
Normally, Peugeot's fuse boxes is one in engine bay. One is located and situated behind the driver's side lower facia panel. Remove the steering column cover and you would see the main fusebox.

On passenger side in glove box there is fuse box known as cabin fuse box. just move the plastic screw to 90 degree and remove the cover.
check the fuse for the lighter. if nothing states on them then check every single, may be you'll find more than one faulty fuses essential for your cabin.
