What is the radiator dimension size for a 1998 ford expedition 4.6L 2x4

For a 98 Ford Expedition, I've found an aftermarket manufacter that specifies this measures, just for the radiator core:
Height.- 31-7/8"
Width.- 16-3/16"
Thick.- 2-1/4"
Inlet/outlet .- 1-3/4"
But before changing the whole part, you should have an expert opinion first, because not all overheating problems are a radiator failure.

2001 1500 chevy silverado rear axle removal ?

Typically, Chevy rear ends either have a bearing bolt plate or else it is a "c" lock axel. With the c lock style, you have to pull teh center inpsection cover off, and remove the pin that holds the IDLEing spyder gears.

The spyder gears are inside the carrier assembly. once the idler shaft is removed, you press the axle IN, towards the center of the vehicle, and then look in the area where the idler shaft was removed. You will see the C clip and the notch in the end of the axle.

1998 ford expedition how to install rear spider gears

I accidentally rotated the spider gears out when putting a new axle seal on a 04' F-150. I didn't have the tool to compress the clutch packs so I removed the differential carrier and took it and the spider gears down to the local Ford dealership and they put them back in for $20.

97 ford 4x4 expedition rear differential makes a winding noise

Yes this can be fixed. Sounds like your spider gears have decided to cause you problems. If you can't do the repairs yourself take it to a good gear shop. They can replace the shims and or bearings. Do not attempt this if you know nothing about setting up gears. Don't waste your money by purchasing a used differential. Like I said a good gear shop can do this for you. Shouldn't cost to much.

Rear transmission leak

it sounds like you have a tail shaft seal gone in the transmission it's not a difficult fix if you are handy. Remove the drive shaft and remove the tail stock seal(there are install and removal tools but a hammer and a screwdriver will remove it nicely)then replace with new seal (if you don't have the install tool a 5" long piece of 2x4 and a hammer works BE GENTLE!!!!)and reinstall drive shaft..........these seals are available at your local auto parts store and are usually no more tan $10.00
hope this helps!.........good luck!
