02 thunderbird, car does strange things the wipers won't work, the drivers power window, horn, instrument cluster lights, and the door chime and drivers door indicator stays on

Since most are unrelated. Check the fuse for the wipers, replace the motor. Replace the regulator for the window, Check the fuse for the horn, most likely it is the steering wheel button bad, if you have lights for the radio and A/C, pull the IP and check wiring and plugs for corrosion. Replace the door latch and the light and chime will stop.

1997 Silverado 2500HD. The connection to the wiper motor becomes loose causing the wipers to intermittently. The motor is fine, the connection is the problem. Is there anything I can do without replacing...

This is your wiper control module that is causling the issue. This is located on the motor and only two screws are holding it in place. Remove the screws, pull the module off and replace the module. It should take ten minutes once you have the new module. Hope this helps.

This sounds as if the (pcm) Powertrain control module has a ground circuit. It will need to be replaced.

I have a Ford Taurus 1997, My windshild wiper work some of the time. What could be the problem?

You have a multifunction switch (wiper switch).
Which could give you this problem.

You also have a Relay in the engine compartment relay number 24 & 25
Look to see if the relay melted the plastic

You also Have a Generic Electronic Module (GEM) Control wiper function. Very rare this unit fail.

Let me know
