I have a 99 Toyota Tacoma prerunner and I replaced

I have a 99 Toyota Tacoma prerunner and I replaced the ecm with a donor toyota s ecm and it still doesn't run it turns over but doesn't start could it be a immobilizer may have been on the donor vehicle?

After you reinstall the air cleaner, you may need to take the vehicle to a Toyota dealer to have the ECM computer reset. In some cases, disconnecting the battery doesn't do the trick.

I need the location of the coolant temerature sensor on a 99 taco

Its at the rear of the engine, close to the firewall. Look at the intake part of the engine block for 2 wires that connect into the sensor plug. It is installed vertically.

99 Toyota Tacoma a/c reads high pressure on low pressure side

Does the compressor run?
Low side could be high without a running compressor.

A running compressor?
The expansion valve itself is about $50 and bolts in.
You will have to remove the 134a gas before installing a replacement expansion valve and vacuum the system before recharging.

solenoids are worn out, it will probably eventually start after 4 or 5 clicks but its annoying as hell
