The fuses for your truck also serve the trailer lights, so there is no seperate fuse. When there are no lights at all the first thing to suspect is that the ground is poor. That just means that there is corrosion between the ground wire and the frame of the truck. In the back of the truck trace the ground wire from the tail lights to where it is attached to the frame. Disconnect the wire from the frame and use emery cloth to clean up the frame and the wire contact point. Then be sure to tighten it down real well.
