SOURCE: removing the 2nd and 3rd row seats

3rd row, you simply pull the lever which makes the back fold down and then grip the handle located on the bottom and pull toward you slightly hard. They are heavy so it seems like they aren't coming out, just pull hard. second row, you flip all the way up and push with them standing up and they come unhooked. Good Luck! I didn't have any problems, except they are at least 50+lbs!

SOURCE: Need to haul power chair and scooter at the same time

If it were me I would make the rear landing bigger instead of having that scooter inside with me .. incase of an accident I wouldnt want that in the car floating around.. you could have a welder make your rear lift a little larger and put a small ramp on it for the scooter also.. just a idea.. thanks Jerry ..

SOURCE: How do you remove the headrests on the front and third row seats?

There is a small hole at the base of the headrest post. Use a nail and push in the hole to release them.

How do I take off the arm rests of captains chairs in the second row of my 2006 sienna?

Wrong approach

The vehicle seats are not the problem

How about teaching the kids respect & discipline

I'm not spending 30 thousand dollars for some child to
argue over my seats, straighten them out or they will
get worse

Once you remove the arm rests, they will find something
else to do, just to work you to the breaking point

How do you remove the 2 sliding rear seats in a gmc acadia

On the front corner of your Acadia's middle row seats, you will notice a plastic covering - pull on it - the plastic pin holding it back will fall off, and you can then remove it. Now, the bolts that need to be removed to unmount the seat, are clearly visible.
Also, experts recommend that it would be best if the doors are removed to give enough space to manage the task. Removing the doors may take you about 10 to 15 minutes, whereas seat removal can take 20 to 25 minutes.

Yes you can.Check your local salvage yard for either tahoe or yukon split bench seats. They will bolt right in with no drilling required. You might have to pull back the carpet to locate the holes.
