I suggtes to check vacuum lines.

Have you scanned the system for fualt codes? An O2 sensor will never cause the engine to stall out like this, NEVER.

The crank sensor on that body style Grand Cherokee is known to cause the shutdown while driving problem. Have it checked out.

I would check the dealer for any TSBs

Does it turn over? If not, try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it. This has worked for my Jeep before.

This is not an auto shift or slap stick it is actually used to determine your top gear... its like putting your care in 1 or 2 gear

First check battery condition, second was the syc set after install?
