Turn signals and hazards won't blink

Check your flasher. The flasher is a round metal thing inside the fuse panel. There are two fuse panels in the 98's, one inside the car by the hood release latch, and one under the hood by the battery. I'm not sure which one the flasher is in, but that definetly sounds like your problem. It simply plugs in like a fuse, and I would say it probably costs less than ten bucks, so I would try that first before anything and even if thats not the problem you only wasted a few bucks. Oh yea on a few cars the flasher might not be in the fuse panel, if it's not in yours its probably under the dash. If you cant find it or don't think you know what it looks like, I would go to the auto parts store and buy the new one, that way you know what your looking for. Good luck, hope this helped you.

You need to replace the fuse - have a look at the manual and see which fuse it is buy a new one put it in and it should be fine - the on off thing is where the fuse wire touches and then moves again.

Check the Fuse box loacted inside the hood. Look for the guidance on the top of the fuse box for locating trun signal fuses.
Check whether they are good. If not replace with correct rating fuse. If the problem is not solved still, wiring harness has to be checked as the bulbs & flashers are replaced already.

You have two separate fuses. Fuse #1 provides power to turn signals. Fuse #4 provides power to the hazard lamp circuit.

The 'Keyless Entry & Burglar Alarm System" is activated. You must 'Disarm' the system using the Keyless Entry Remove (Key Fob) to "Reset" the system. The reason the engine won't start is due to the burglar alarm - it has a "Starter Kill" circuit which is activated when the alarm is activated. The alarm must be DEactivated to DEactivate the 'Starter Kill' circuit.
Another way to start the engine is to get in the car, put the key in the ignition and turn it to 'ON" and wait 3 to 5 minutes until the emergency flashers stop/turn off. Afterward, you should be able to start the engine. NOTE: This does NOT reset the burglar alarm. It will go off again when you enter the vehicle without using the remote/key fob.
