I have 87 serria Chevy with a 3 Speed it want come out of gear

Hi, The most likely culprit is the Shift Linkage. You aren't alone, other have experienced this kind of difficulty with their Sierra's. First, the linkage at the transmission is suspect, Check to see if you push the linkage and get it to move. If that is unsuccessful disconnect the linkage and try again. IF it moves the problem is likely in your column IF it still doesn't come out of gear it is NOT at the column and is likely within the Gear-Box itself and will need to be professionally dealt with unless you have a shop and experience with these transmissions of course.
