How do I get the electric window on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee to roll back up?
The electric passenger window rolls down without problems but then will not roll back up. I have found that if I slam the passenger door a few times the door will sometimes roll back up normally.
Thanks Randy. How can I tell it's the regulator and not just an electrical connection problem? Thanks Randy. How can I tell it's the regulator and not just an electrical connection problem?

what?
check fuses yet, that be first if electrics of any kind fails.
I have the exact same problem on a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004. The rear passenger window rolls down only from the rear passenger window and won't go up or down from the front. It has to be in the wiring because the problem was intermittent initially and a new window motor does the exact same thing. If you figured it out or have the wiring diagram please let me know.
Check the
"child cut-off" on your console. It is likely the problem. You may need to replace it, or circumvent it entirely if you do not have children to keep from rolling down/up the windows.
