t should be in the center dash right under the stereo but if u cant locate it their its going to be on the passenger side under the dash its the one not connected to anything. its probably blue and it has a lot of pins since its obd2 hope u find it!
It is not recommended. But you can remove the ABS fuse in under hood fuse box. To disable ABS system, if it is giving a problem. then the brakes should work like regular braking system. Good-Day!
I believe you are getting these codes as the crank sensor has failed, high value in other sensors. I have found it can just be the plug connecter try giving it a clean....
