Cup holder
SOURCE: Replacing the broken cup holder
First, you must remove the floor console bezel (the trim piece that surrounds the shifter knob). The proper method to remove this involves removing the shifter knob first. This is held in by a small set screw on the "radio" side of the knob. To remove the screw, you will need a small "hex-key" (also known as Allen key or Allen wrench). The proper size is 3mm, but you can get away with using a size 7/64" if you need to. Once loosened, I believe that the knob pulls right up and off. Make sure you do not lose the small screw. Also be careful not to accidentally contact the tip-top of the shifter while the knob is removed, as this may break off the small black plastic tip, which will require much more work to repair and/or replace the entire shifter.
Next, you should be able to remove the floor console bezel by prying gently and carefully on the corners and sides of the piece with a tool called a trim stick, or if you do not have this tool, you can get away with using a small, thin-tipped flat head screwdriver. However, this will almost surely cause some aesthetic damage to the edges of the trim.
Once this bezel is out of the way, (you shouldn't have to remove the electrical connectors on the underside of the bezel for this specific job) there are 2 screws holding down the bottom of the cupholder assembly. I believe these are both Torx - type screws, which will need either a T10, T15, or T20 screwdriver bit to remove(I'm sorry but I don't remember exactly which of the 3 sizes are used). After these 2 screws are removed, open the armrest. On the TOP of the FRONT of the armrest, just above the cupholders, are 2 more screws which should be the same as the 2 bottom screws. Remove these, then lift the cupholder assembly up and forward to remove it.
To install, simply reverse the above procedure.
Because this is my first solution posted on this site, I would love to have your feedback. Please let me know how everything goes with this project. Thank you!

SOURCE: how do I remove the center front console, where
Loosen the hex head set screw from the front of the Shifter knob. Pull it off, then remove the screws on the lower sides, as well as the ones hiding under the rubber cup holder. The entire assemble will now lift off.
