Why is red light on top middle of dash blinking?

If it is blinking when you are out of the car, it usually means the anti-theft system is activated.

This light should blink when the vehicle is shut off, but it should stop blinking after the vehicle is started. If it doesnt stop blinking when vehicle is running, i would suggest taking it back to the dealer, there may be something that needs to be reset.

The Green one on the rearview sounds like an autodimmer. (tints the rearview mirror from bright headlights behind you) & the Red one on the dash could be an alarm warning light

Do you have an alarm system installed? These sound like the alarm indicator lights. They are supposed to deter theft and break ins.

Its a built in alarm. If im not mistaken when you exit you vehicle, push the door lock button from the driver side, clothes all doors, and your lights should flash. If there is no remote for it, turning it off you will have to put the key in the ignition and turn to on.

its your anti theft light.
