Measure from were the tire bead would sit from side to side, this gives you rim width. measure the distance from the centre of the wheel stud hole to the centre one beside it this gives you distance from hole to hole. the axle dimension measure the width of the axle were the wheel rim would mount against.

SOURCE: Tires for 2001 Hyundai Accent R14

My 2002 Accent has the original rims which are R14 rather than the R13 specified in the owner's manual. Yet my speedometer is factory calibrated and gives the correct speed readings at all speeds (compared to my GPS navigator's indicated speed). I suspect that R14 is correct for your car and that Hyundai forgot to update the owner's manual.

I have kia rio 2014 sedan.. it is fit with tiers with size 195-80-r14? .. if not what is the recommended size to increase the height of the car from the ground

The recommended size is 175-70-14 or 185-65-14 . To increase the height - one of or both the first two numbers must be higher for example 175-80 or 185-70 or 190 -80 . The second number wall height which is the percentage of the width of the tier in mm thus a 175mm-80 wide tier will have a wall height of 140mm and a 185mm-80 will have a 148mm wall. As you can see tyre size will have very little effect on vehicle height above ground. Changing the rim size will have a better effect but then your indicated speed reading on the speedometer will not be correct.

Speedometer reading faster than I am actually traveling. 2006 vow rabbit

the main reason for incorrect speedo readings is the wrong size tyres or rims on the vehicle
for example if you need 185 -75 r14 on the car and you went to 205- 25 r14 that drop of 50 on the side wall height alters the circumference of the tyre so throwing out the speedo
alternately if you had 185-75 r14 and you fitted 185 -75 r16 then again the circumference has altered and so the speedo is out
next is if you changed the final drive ratio in the diff will also cause an error

My tire size is 185/65 R 14. can I changed or put tire 195/60 R 15?

No ---not unless you put a 15" rims on the car. The tyre sizing reads like this
185 is the width of the rim from bead to bead in millimetres
the 65 is the profile height --- distance of the rim from the road surface
r is for radial
14 is the rim diameter in inches
now you can understand why a 15"tyre will not fit a14" rim

Will a tire size 195/70/R14 fit on a 06 dodge caravan?

No they will not. The last set of numbers is the rim diameter. the studded tires are for a 14" wheel. The two tire option for you vehicle are 215/70R15 (15" tire) and 215/65R16 (16" tire)

Have 15 inch rims on my ae92 with 195/50/15. aside from replacing my rims am I able to put 185/195/60/15 to bring it back to factory specs ?

I don't know exactly what the factory specs for AE92 tyre sizes are but I do know that a 195/50-15 has a 97.5mm sidewall height and a 185/60-15 has a 111mm sidewall height..
Overall diameter (195/50-15)= 576mm (22.677")
(185/60-15)= 603mm (23.74")

Wheel size

My Clio has 15 inch rims and takes a 185/55 R15 tyre. I don't know if all the models are the same. If you are replacing the rims be careful your new rims have the same number of stud holes (mine is 4) and the same pitch circle diameter (PCD) (mine is 100 mm I think).
