Does it have power seats? Heated seats? Rear audio/video? If so could be any of those. Also aftermarket antenna for onstar, xm radios or cell antennas.

V8 engine? That would be drivers side front. Remember that TDC is number one piston up (On the compression stroke, not exhaust stroke), timing marks at zero.

A vacuum hose that controls the little door that switches where the air blows from is off, its gonna be a real chore the find which one and take the dash out to get to it, but you might get lucky and be able to look underneath the dash from the passenger side and actually see it, good luck

Hi just sounds like the mounting or brake light switch is not hooked or adjusted right.its a very easy Fix.Get a Helper to watch the rear lights while your adjusting.If does'nt work after adjusting or reconnecting it .Go get another Switch,Something sounds Damaged.

Spark plugs that you buy, should be pre-gapped for this application... 0.60 is the factory gap

I have a 1998 gmc yukon and i need to replace the brake booster but i dont know how what do i do?

Can you provide me with additional information? Such as, does the brake pedal go to the floor when applying the brakes, are the brakes spongy, non responsive? Is there anything leading up to this issue, such as a minor accident?

How to replace the heater core in a 1998 gmc Yukon.

Heater Core Removal & Installation To Remove:
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Drain the coolant from the engine.
  3. Recover the refrigerant.
  4. Remove the glove compartment.
  5. Remove the floor air outlet.
  6. If equipped with a diesel engine, remove the powertrain control module.
  7. Remove the kick panel trim.
  8. Remove the blower motor.
  9. Remove the steering column.
  10. Tilt back the instrument panel assembly.
  11. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir from the engine compartment.
  12. Disconnect the heater hoses and the evaporator tube.
  13. Remove the accumulator.
  14. Remove the fasteners and the HVAC module assembly.
  15. Remove the cover plate on the bottom of the HVAC module.
  16. Remove the heater core and seal from the HVAC module.

To Install:
  1. Install the heater core and seal.
  2. Install the cover plate on the bottom of the evaporator case to the HVAC module.
  3. Install the HVAC module in the vehicle.
  4. Install the accumulator.
  5. Connect the evaporator tube and heater hoses.
  6. Install the coolant recovery reservoir.
  7. Install the instrument panel.
  8. Install the steering column.
  9. Install the blower motor and cover.
  10. Install the kick panel trim.
  11. Install the powertrain control module and tray.
  12. Install the floor air outlet.
  13. Add coolant to the cooling system.
  14. Connect the negative battery cable.
  15. Evacuate and charge the A/C system.
  16. Check the system for leaks.

under hood on the passenger side in a box follow black tube from engine to the passenger side big black box cover is held on with four philips screws or four torx screws, remove the screws and lift the cover air filter inside.
