I have a 2000 Plymouth Voyager 2.4l, 4 cyl. Mini van. My blower motor was replaced. Prior to this replacement, although the blower motor was going bad (which was noted by the barely blowing air, and how the motor eventually slowed to a stop), whenever it did work, air blew out of the vents. When the van was returned to me, no air or heat would blow out of the vents, despite the motor running strong. Right now, the mechanic cannot figure out why air isn't coming out of any vents. Actually it comes so subtly that it doesn'tfeel as if any thhing is coming out. You have to place your hand near the vent to feel that is even on. There's also a high pitch noise, which wasn't there before, it sounds like a vacuum's suction house is plugged up. Some air is escaping under the dash, at the same time as the upper vents, but that's also very subtle. He says that he's replaced the air door, but it still isn't blowing. Thank you in advance for your help.

Sounds like a bad actuator on the dampner. Look for things connected to the ducting, see if you can manually open and close the dampner.

How do you set the timing on a Plymouth Voyager ? I have to repace a broken timing belt. I was also told to replace the water pump is that true.

It is recommended because if you have to change the water pump belt change since you have to remove it and you save work in the future as we recommend changing the camshaft seals and crankshaft as it saves time and money

2000 Chrysler Voyager blower motor replacement

When the Blower Motor Resistors on Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth go out, the motor will work on High only.
They have made it a lot easier than the 80's models. I suggest buying a Haynes Manual or Chilton Manual available at most auto part stoes. They have step-by-step directions with diagrams and photos.
Based on your description: the motor is on it's way to total failure.

Replace blower motor 1998 plymouth voyager

it is located behind and below the glove box,you might want to remove the glove box assembly to see it easier,
there are four screws holding a blower motor cover you to take off first, now remove the screws holding the blower motor up,disconnect the motor wires.
if your changing this because you think its bad,you should test the blower motor wires with a test light with the key on and blower switch turned on.if you have power in the wires, then it is bad.
but if you have no power in wires it could be blower motor resister,or switch.
