would need head under bonnet to be sure but i suspect a water pump impeller is loose on the drive shaft they are a plasric impeller on a metal shaft and from your description it soulnds like this is the case
When the DSC Dynamic Stability Control light is ON your traction control is OFF. It will sometimes trigger the ABS light and the Rev Limiter it is an engine protection FAIL SAFE mode. Check your brake switch on the brake pedal, this sounds like the problem wen replaced it will reset the Rev limiter, if the ABS light comes Check the wheel sensors
it is your idle control valve , when you start your car the humm should go away , if the car dies on staring and the humming stays there all the time it is faulty
