I would check to see if you have either a vaccum leak or leaky intake gasket, also check your O2 sensors, they can make the computer go up and down on the fuel fixture

Have you checked/replaced the O2 sensor(s). They produce the data that your computer reads. Bad/clogged O2 sensors will trick the ECU into running lean/rich.

Have you checked for vaccume leaks?
You've got lots of parts in there, Has the problem been the reason you have replaced all of those, or did it come up while doing some of the repairs?

SOURCE: 1989 Cavalier Z24 Stalling problem

Have you heard of Noid lights? You unplug the fuel injector and plug these in and they will light up if the injector is getting power. This might give you a better hint. There are also lights that go inbetween the spark plug and wire. Between these two items you may be able to narrow down the problem to a specific system. I believe that your car has a coil pack. Some of these engines have problems with the crank trigger. I believe it is located on the back side of the motor. If you decide to change it, be careful. I have heard of them breaking into two pieces and becoming a big problem.

SOURCE: 2001 Chevy venture intermittently running rough.

Check air filter. Check for any vacuum leaks. Check condition of plug wires. Were new plugs pre-gapped? If not, make sure the spark gap is correct for your vehicle.

2002 Buick Century Limited 3.1L rough idle and P305 code shows up

You have an interference motor. If you had to replace the heads due to the valves possibly touching the motor, you have to consider rechecking the compression after you replaced the heads. I had the same motor that had an intake leak. I found frozen rings on the number 1 piston as well as a bent pushrod. Ultimately, the camshaft had broken due to coolant getting to the bearings. If the spark is good, the fuel is good, then the only other problem you'd have would be compression.

Head gasket or intake manifold gaste again 96 k1500 5.7 vortec. starts runs idles and drives rough it likes to **** while trying to drive almost as if it wants to stall out. i put my scanner on it and

The website has software that looks for obscene words.
I would think a compression test would show if the cylinder is having mechanical problems. And yes the intake or head gasket could be leaking again, especially if the intake or head were warped or cracked.
Have you checked fuel pressure ?
Does the spark plug for cylinder 5 show signs of coolant leaking into the cylinder ?

I have a 1998 Chevy K1500 with a 350 and it runs rough from time to time and has a mis fire on #6

Looks like you covered just about everything outside the engine.
Since it has 225k on the engine, its possible the valves are carboned up or burned to where one of the intake valves fail to close some times.
You might try a compression test or use a vac gauge when it is running rough. If the problem was not happening before you changed the plugs, you could have bought some defective ones.

Rough idle slow to take off but smoothes out at 25mph seems way underpowered up hills

Sounds like you have either a fuel pressure concern or a restriction in the exhaust system. I would check (replace) the fuel filter first. Also check to see that you have the correct fuel pressure @ the engine. The fuel pressure at the fuel rail should be 38-44 PSI. If that does not correct concern. See if you can disconnect the exhaust system in front of the cat. converter and test drive. It will be loud be you should be able to see if that is the source of your problem.

What causes a 1994 chevy pickup with 350 motor to surge at idle then die. Has little power, runs rough, bad fuel economy. disconnected egr valve, no change, replaced throttle position sensor, no change.

is the check engine on? are there any trouble codes? one posible cause would be a restricted fuel filter, a worn fuel pump, or a restricted exhaust system.

Clicking noise when accelerating

It's hard to diagnose with just the small information you have stated, but it 'sounds' like it's that Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve gasket.

In your cylinder head is a runner that brings exhaust gas up through the intake manifold.
The EGR valve is attached to the intake manifold, and the sensory part of the EGR valve sits down in the pathway of the runner.

A bad EGR valve gasket will let exhaust gasses escape, making the sound you described.
