How to fix control box code p1610
SOURCE: i got this trouble code p1610 and it reads manfacurer control
p 1610 means you have a bad o2 sensor. since the sensor wasn't functioning properly it was telling your engine to run rich which caused alot of carbon build up on your spark plugs they spark but don't put out enough spark to ignite. replace your plugs with NGK platinum plugs. gap them to the correct size. and try again then get a new o2 sensor and that should fix the problem. write back and tell me how it works out!

Immobilizer System Malfunction Code 1610, means the engine will spin but not start. The anti theft system has been set ether, buy using an un-programmed key or tampering with the system. The ECU is where the code is stored, The ECU is Engine Control Unit or engine computer, The Immobilizer will disrupt or intercept a signal to the ECU to turn of the Ignition and the fuel pump off. Mostly it has to do with trying to use the wrong key. To just throw this code with out something happening to the system is very rare. If you have codes to reset the radio if needed try and disconnecting the battery (both) cables for about ten minutes.
