Check your heater radiator. It is usually mounted behind/near the glove box areas on most cars. It is like a small version of the large radiator that is mounted on the front of your vehicle under the hood. Antifreeze and coolant (does it smell a little like antifreeze?) flows thru your front radiator, thru the block and hoses, and cycles thru the radiator for your heating system. If the radiator is leaking, often it cycles thru the vents on the interior.
Another possibility MIGHT be the AC system and condensation/AC coolant that is building up in/on the lines and transferring thru the vents.
