Close to rebuild time & do all the updates

Start changing your trans & power steering fluids,
every 3 years or less, for the reset of your life, or keep
having expensive trans failures

Nothing is ever added to the correct type trans fluid &
never add anything to your fuel tank but the correct octane

Joe is correct,it has to be rebuilt, then continue on,
if you still have electronic issues

Transmissions last about ten years tops

They fail mostly because the fluid is not changed
every 2 to 3 years, regardless of mileage

Not shifting 2 to 3 automatic tranmisson

The first thing I have to ask you is When was the last time the transmission was serviced? Transmission fluid and filter change?

Check to see if the kickdown cable from the throttle linkage to trans is working.
Next step is to get someone with auto experience to drive it and give a more accurate diagnosis.

Xtronic tranmisson are they any good2014 nissan

they adjust to you needs as well the driver if you have 2 drivers on the same vehicle it will program itself after 20 times on gas pedal or 30 mins of driving so people dont like this as well going up or down moutain roads the trans shifts by itself or applies the brakes going down hill so its a different adaptation of learning to drive it

Rough, chugging when driving and conking out

Could also be a faulty mass air flow meter, or throttle position sensor. It's hard to tell, you need to take it to a shop to be properly diagnosed.
