Neither of my power outlets (cigarette lighter) are working in my 2011 Chevy Equinox. The fuses seem to be fine. What could be the problem?

The cigarette lighter fuse for a Chevrolet City Express LT is located in the Engine Compartment Fuse Box. The location of the fuse box varies depending on the year of the vehicle. For instance, in 2003-2007 models, the cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses are numbered 29 (Auxiliary Power Outlets) and 30 (Cigarette Lighter). In 2008-2009 models, they are numbered 33 (Auxiliary Power Outlet) and 38 (Cigarette Lighter). In 2010-2022 models, they are numbered 25 (Auxiliary Power Outlet) and 73 (Cigarette Lighter).

Try instrument panel fuse 17, AuxiliaryPower Rear. ...The instrument panel fuse block is located on the passenger side panel of the center console. To access the fuses, open the fuse panel door from the passenger side by pulling it out.

door locks and cig lighter ARE NOT on same circuit. Maybe lighter is broken and blowing fuse.

Use a D C tester and check for voltage it could be a bad lighter. if that dose not work take your voltage tester and put one lead in the lighter hole on the center and ground the other lead to the metal on the car check for voltage. You may have a bad ground.

sometimes ground wire falls off back of outlet or power is unhooked

Cigarette lighter fuse is in the trunk, left side, fuse #20 , yellow one.

On the 2002 GA the cigarette lighter is mini-fuse # 34. This is also referred to as the "accessory power outlets".It's a yellow twenty amp fuse located in the underhood fuse box. Open the box, find the fuse, remove it and replace it.In the fuse box under the hood, marked AUX PWR/CIGAR.....
