There are many symptoms which could cause this problem... electrical, fuel, ignition, etc... determine your error codes and start from there. If the Van has been sitting for some time I would add an octane booster and gas dryer, disconnect the fuel filter and allow ~ 1 gallon of gas to drain into a 2 gallon gas can, replace the fuel filter and see what happens. If that didn't work I would work through the ODB II codes to find the probable cause.

No power or connection to obd-11 on 2001 pontaic montana

Attach OBD scanner to pin connector.
turn the key to the "on" position, this brings power to OBD11 connection.
follow mfg directions for the scanner you have.

2000 pontaic montana will turn over but not spark

You'll need a repair book or shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and test procedures.
You would need to know if you have power going into the module and a signal from the computer.

2000 pontaic montana wont spark

likely a bad crank sensor or bad ignition module, coil packs can go bad
to but not normally all three at the same time.if the coil packs look ok
then i would look at what tell it to fire witch is the crank sensor, the cam sensor should tell the injectors when to fire, but thats not to say they couldn't be linked in some vehicles needing singal from both for fuel
and fire to work. hope this helps

Car will start but wont stay running unless foot is on the gas. cable for the throtle has some slop in it. Can it be ajusted?

It can, but that will not cause the inability for the vehicle to idle. Check your TPS-throttle position sensor.

How do i turn off the oil indicator in a 2002 pontaic montana?

If you mean the oil change indicator, turn the key to run and hit the gas peddle 4 times holding it down for about 5 seconds on the 4th.
