Question about 2006 Citroen Berlingo 1.9d
I put in new key barrell but the immobiliser isnt regognising is there anyway at all i can cut a cable to bypass it or anything really stuck would be so grateful
Try using the old key and place it near the barrel then turn the new key. These keys have RFID that the immoblizer can detect. Once key is changed, it will still look for original key to disable immo.

Not very difficult once you disconnect the battery ,then remove the steering wheel and work from their following your nose for the screws ,i think the fittings that hold it in place and the heater unit are on the engine side of the firewall so you have to remove the wiper motor and the plastic trim below the screen .This is a lovely job to do and i dont envy you on this just done a peugeot 306 heater core still have the scratches all over my hands
