Dear Friend,
If something like that happens to me, I will take a needle nose pliers and go around the socket opening the metal wall that holds the bulb and pull the bulb out. Make sure to bend back so it can hold the new bulb.
Good Luck!

SOURCE: location of oil filter on a 2008 hyundai elantra

It is located under the alternator. If you are looking down at the engine, it is to the far left. If you are under the car it is to the far right before the oil pan.

SOURCE: How many quarts of oil will the 2008 Hyundai Elantra hold?

Does the book say 6 quarts? I would put in 5, then run it, then let it settle for a couple minutes, then check it again. The book should be right. That would probably include changing the filter also.

SOURCE: Car Stereo

I HAVE A 2008 HYUNDAI ELANTRA. I HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN I WANTED TO REPLACE MY FACTORY RADIO. I ENDED UP TAKING APART MOST OF MY DASH TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE. I FOUND OUT THAT THE PIECE THAT GOES AROUND THE RADIO JUST SNAPS INTO PLACE. I USED A COUPLE OF FLAT HEAD SCREW DRIVERS TO PRY IT OFF. THAT IS IT. IT IS THAT EASY. THE WHOLE CAR JUST SNAPS TOGETHER. THE CAR IS CHEAPLY PUT TOGETHER.

unless you can discover what DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) has been recorded/set in the control module, it's anyone's guess.

2008 hyundai elantra. All lights work on the rear of the car except brake lights. Fuses are good. no power to break lights when break peddal is depresed.

The most widespread Hyundai recall, affecting up to 531,894 2005-2008 Accent, Azera, Elantra, Entourage, Santa Fe, Sonata, Tucson, and Veracruz models, is NHTSA Campaign 09V122000. It is focused on a malfunctioning stop lamp switch that may prevent brake lights from illuminating when the pedal is depressed (the same switch may also cause them to stay lit after the brakes are released).
Owners of affected vehicles may contact Hyundai Customer Service at 1-800-633-5151, call the NHTSA Hotline at 1-888-327-4236, or visit SAFERCAR.GOV

How do you access the outside tail light to change the bulb on a 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe?

You can access the bulb by going to the rear of the car and removing the internal side panels at the opposite side of each tail light. You should see the covering and the socket for the light which you need to remove to gain access to the bulb.
