You need to remove the front bumper. Five push clips along the hood line, remove the headlight wipers (if equipped), one T25 screw in the front of each fender well, then two 12mm bolts under the headlights (1 each side). Then there are 4 10mm bolts holding the headlight in.

Get a Haynes manual for the vehicle, it will show you everything you need to know. Online or auto parts store.

There should be a cap or cover behind the lamp assembly under the hood. 1/4 turn counter clockwise (if it is a hard cap) should expose the bulb and retaining spring (clip). Squeeze the clip to release it from lamp assembly. unplug old bulb, plug in new and then do the opposite to replace it. Good luck, them clips is the devil.

I have used some clear silicone waterproof calk to fix issues like this in the past, just be carefull and go slow and wipe any excess of so it does not run or smear. Use as little as possible to fill the crack and seal the unit. You can get the small tubes with the funnel shaped dispenser tube in the hardware stores in the plumbing or calk dept. Just fill it in and let it set for several hours or overnight before getting it wet
