You'll need to figure out if you are loosing spark or fuel when it fails to start up to know which system to test.

SOURCE: car won,t start unless you pump the fuel

Start with the fuel pump and work your way forward. You should never have to touch the throttle in a fuel injected car.

SOURCE: A new in-tank fuel pump

If you have no pressure at the fuel rail, then I would suspect a bad pump or a problem with the fuel pick up in the tank.

P0135 bank 1 sensor 1 open or short in wires, bad connections, bad sensor ,or bad ecm. P0141 bank 1 sensor 2 same diag as P0135. P0420 cat below threshold open or short, or faulty Ho2s sensors.you may have several problems. start with sensors circuit if good change sensors if not trace to ecm if reading not right replace ecm if all good replace sensors clear codes retest drive two drive cycles for cat to clear tests. then with no dtcs present test fuel pressure , injectors, then ignition system ,timing valves ,map, maf sensors, throttle sensor, crank sensor cam sensor, compression.

1993 Chevy Cheyenne 2500, is not getting enough fuel to start. Fuel pump is good and new filter. Any suggestions

I would change the coolant temp sensor first as it's cheap and it fails.
It's the sensor beside the thermostat, and it's the temp sensor for the computer, not the temp senor for the gauge on the dash. Also sometimes the idle air control can get slow to move on a cold start and just cracking the throttle just a little with the gas pedal helps start a cold engine with a slow idle air control.

98 Isuzu rodeo, engine cranks and trys to start but it won't

If this is a diesel engine you probably have an air lock in the fuel system. It will need "bleeding" before it will start. If you have already tried bleeding the fuel system there may be an air lock in the injectors. If it still doesn't start I suggest you carry out a compression check because diesel engines need to be in good condition to start easily, especially in cold weather If it is a petrol engine, there could be problems with engine timing or ignition problems.

Won`t start when cold

No such thing on your car.
The temp sensor tells the computer what the engine coolant temp is.
If it were faulty you would get a check engine light.
I would have the fuel pressure checked before and after you crank the engine. The pump relay provides power to the pump when you turn the key on to recover some of the lost fuel pressure after the car sits. The one way valve in the pump is supposed to prevent the pressure from dropping.
If the fuel pressure drops to zero it could take some time to crank the engine enough to get it back up.

car shuts off when it gets to normal operating range. it takes 10-15 minutes to reach normal range. causes: low coolant, failing coolant tempurature sensor, air in water pump, check the coolant temp. sensor. if it is bad it will send wrong info to engine when hot, and shut it down. ITS WORTH A TRY!! good-day!

To start up a cold engine requires reach mixture (air-gas).In your case it seems like the choke is not working ,so cold engine cannot start. If it is an injection operated system then it must have a temperature sensor which suppose to turn the choking on when cold engine needs to get started.Either the sensor is faulty or the choke or between the two there is a faulty connection somewhere.
