On my 2005 dodge caravan both the radio and the cigarette lighter quit working and I cannot find an inline fuse. On the radio harness the direct power is live but the switched and the lighter do not work

There should be a fuse panel inside the vehicle which controls this. Check your owners manual for exact location. Usually the cig lighter and other accessories are on one circuit. Good Luck
